Designed to replicate a Japanese aesthetic found in a previous set of bedside tables, tapered legs were used and organic “grass-blades”were introduced onto the front face to provide visual contrast. This involved a combination of steam bending, routering and chisel work to refine the blades. Custom drawer pulls were cut to blend into the drawer fronts.
