This project is inspired from a metal firewood holder, and reimagined to make possible with an Australian Hardwood. Bent lamination was the method used to bend the main framework, and these were connected with half-lap joints. The bottom is tensioned with steel cable.

 

The structural design for this was the most challenging, as the firewood puts a significant stress on the frame.
