Sofa End Cabinet

Material: Tasmanian Blackwood, Wenge

This client had a very specific set of dimensions, wanting to fit a cabinet between a sofa and a wall, with a large lower section and small upper section for various small objects. The bespoke dimensions challenged the aesthetic design and proportions, however once in the room, the cabinet looked right at home.

Made from Tasmanian Blackwood, the cabinet uses classic joinery techniques to ensure long-term stability. The drawers use Blum soft close runners with push-to-open technology - allowing a seamless front which highlights the inlay inspired by Pedulla Studio.
